Er worden vele projecten gebouwd, maar is dit de juiste plek voor u. Staar u niet blind op een flitsende brochure, presentatie en plannen van een modern en nieuw appartement of villa. Maar let op locatie  en juiste oriëntatie van de zon? Wat is uw uitzicht? Wat zal uw uitzicht zijjn als het project gebouwd is.

Een nieuw gebied, waar verschillende project onwikkelaars momenteel bouwen is in West Marbella en Benahavis. Rondom golf urbanisaties als Alqueria en Atalaya is nog de ruimte en de mogelijkheid om te bouwen.

Door komst van de tunnel in San Pedro de Alcantara in juni 2012. Is de verbindings weg tussen Oost Marbella, Marbella en Puerto banus een stuk makkelijker gemaakt.
